Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the grated apple, shredded cabbage, and carrot.
In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, olive oil, cumin, and sea salt.
Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss well until evenly coated.
Let the salad sit for 5–10 minutes to allow flavors to meld, or serve immediately.
