Our products are currently delivered by Internet download only. After your purchase has been approved, we will process your order. Orders are typically processed within one (1) hour, but could take as long as twenty-four (24) hours to complete.

If in doubt, please contact us first, and we will do our best to resolve your issue fairly.  Please do not open a credit card dispute or chargeback, as these incur unnecessary fees and complications for the Company.

Why a refund may not be given
