My path to wellness wasn’t a straight line. I have personally navigated the challenges of weight loss, low thyroid, and insulin resistance. Through years of research and trial and error, I learned that food is medicine—but so is peace of mind.

I discovered that to feel my best, I had to address the “hidden” toxins in my life: not just processed foods, but the toxic people and negative patterns that were stalling my progress. Today, I use my experience to empower you to reclaim your energy and live a life you actually enjoy.
