Vegetable Fried Rice

Ingredients
  

  • alt and black pepper to taste
  • ½ cup vegetable broth
  • ¼ cup chopped carrot
  • ¼ cup peas
  • ¼ cup cabbage chopped
  • ¼ cup green pepper one of the healthiest green you can eat
  • ¼ cup red pepper a powerful red food, read more about in my article 8 Powerful Red Foods
  • 2 tbsp chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 2 cups boiled rice
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

Instructions
 

  • Put ½ cup vegetable broth in a pan and heat it until it melts.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste, green pepper, red pepper, peas, carrot, and cabbage, and stir fry for 5 minutes.
  • Add salt, black pepper, chili sauce, vinegar, paprika, and soy sauce, and cook for 5 minutes more.
  • Add boiled rice to this prepared mixture and mix it well on medium heat for 5 minutes.
  • Serve peas and carrot rice hot.
