ginger garlic paste
Instructions
Put ½ cup vegetable broth in a pan and heat it until it melts.
Add ginger-garlic paste, green pepper, red pepper, peas, carrot, and cabbage, and stir fry for 5 minutes.
Add salt, black pepper, chili sauce, vinegar, paprika, and soy sauce, and cook for 5 minutes more.
Add boiled rice to this prepared mixture and mix it well on medium heat for 5 minutes.
Serve peas and carrot rice hot.
