Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup coconut flour
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup cooked ham chopped
  • 2 strips bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the coconut flour, beaten eggs, softened cream cheese, chopped ham, crumbled bacon, shredded mozzarella cheese, and baking powder. Mix until well combined and forms a dough.
  • Scoop the dough into about 12 portions and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Flatten each portion slightly with your fingers to shape into biscuits.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
