Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Ham finely chopped (any good quality ham)
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese 1 package, softened
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese cheddar or any preferred cheese
  • 2 Eggs beaten

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and beaten eggs until smooth.
  • Add the coconut flour and baking powder to the mixture, stirring until well combined.
  • Fold in the chopped ham and shredded cheese until evenly distributed.
  • Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown and set.
  • Allow the bites to cool slightly before serving.
