Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and beaten eggs until smooth.
Add the coconut flour and baking powder to the mixture, stirring until well combined.
Fold in the chopped ham and shredded cheese until evenly distributed.
Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown and set.
Allow the bites to cool slightly before serving.
