Granny Smith apple
julienned (with skin)

medium fennel bulb
thinly sliced (fronds reserved for garnish)

plain Greek yogurt

lemon juice

honey or monk fruit sweetener
optional
Salt and freshly ground pepper
to taste
Optional: 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill or fennel fronds
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the julienned apple and thinly sliced fennel.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, honey (if using), salt, and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss gently to coat.
Garnish with chopped dill or fennel fronds, if desired.
Serve immediately or chill for 10–15 minutes before serving for enhanced flavor.
